Marycourt is a delightful, Grade II* Georgian house in the centre of the small, historic town of Odiham. Seymour & Bainbridge’s commission included extensive repairs and total internal refurbishment along with sensitive alterations to make it suitable as a modern family home.   Circulation within the house was a particular problem; this was addressed by linking the existing rear wings with a top lit hallway, widening first floor corridors and introducing a new spiral staircase. A spacious kitchen was created, with a separate pantry, all linked to a new garden room facing the extensive, mature garden.
